On Saturday, Feb. 25th,
the Council of Women Religious celebrated its
"Annual Celebration of Consecrated Life"
and recognition of Sisters in the Diocese of Raleigh
celebrating Jubilees in 2006.
  Liturgy
was held at 11am at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The main Celebrant, Bishop Gossman, presided along with seven other
Co-Celebrants representing many parishes and religious orders of the
Diocese of Raleigh.
Women Religious recognized for 25 to 60 years of
service included:

A reception was held in
the Cathedral Parish/School hall immediately following mass.
