D. Discussion of a possible Bishop’s
Delegate in place of Sr. Margaret Gallagher.
Issues raised: job
description, term of office, Sisters having some say in choice

Bishop Burbidge could not be present for this discussion we will do
the following in preparation for the next meeting and our discussion
with him.

suggestions for next year …. Better placement of table
nearer youth group; include prayer
cards for vocations to consecrated life; include
prayer cards with name of a women in
formation; additional table for priests and
brothers. In preparing table
materials be aware of “audience” who will be there.

G. Jubilee 2011 … February 5, Our Lady
of Lourdes
Jubiliarians: 50 Sr. Chris Gellings, IHM and Ms. JoAnne DeGidio, MHA
40 Ms Echo Lewis, MHA
Liturgy was overviewed … Srs. Mary Agnes and Rita will make final
notes with
Gerard Hall; Mass will be for the Feast of St. Agatha since this is
not an optional feast
Some parts will be changed slightly since JoAnne and Echo make
promises, not vows.
Sr. Kieran will work with Alan on music and perhaps the formation of
a choir.
H. Gift for Bishop Gossman will be sent
between Thanksgiving and Christmas
Bishop is able to have visitors; for more information contact Msgr.
Jerry.
